He has been involved in transportation planning and traffic engineering in the public and private sectors for more than 36 years He has been a Senior Lecturer in Transportation Planning at UWI MSc in Urban and Regional Planning and Geoinformatics from 2006 to 2022. He has done consultancy work in transportation engineering design, national transportation policy for regional banks, state agencies and private developers, He has authored several peer-reviewed journal papers and hundreds of newspaper articles advocating for the use of proper scientific traffic and transportation engineering practices and policies.
