Ms. Annabella Frank is a Civil Engineer with eleven (11) years’ experience in various stages of small to large infrastructure and building projects in both Trinidad and Tobago. Her range of project experience spans conceptualization, civil and structural design, approvals, marketing, construction and project close-off. Her skills include civil and structural designs, stakeholder management, procurement and coordination of goods and services, monitoring and controlling project budget and scope, preparation of technical and non-technical reports, project financing and accounting, contract management and project administration. Annabella completed her B.Sc. in Civil Engineering at the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine in 2012 and subsequently an M.Sc. in the same field in 2020. She is currently a Project Manager at WSP Caribbean Limited.
