Mr. Eddy Nicholas boasts a formidable forty (40) years of experience in the Power Generation sector, ascending from a five-year Mechanical apprentice to the esteemed roles of Engineer and Project Manager. He earned his Bachelor of Engineering in Process and Utilities from the University of Trinidad & Tobago (UTT). Initially, Mr. Nicholas honed his skills in Electrical and Instrumentation as a technician before being promoted to an Electrical Instrumentation Engineer. Progressing steadily, he went on to the Position of Maintenance Manager (Ag.) until the closure of the Port of Spain Power Station. After the Port of Spain Power Station's closure, he held the position of Manager of Projects, where he spearheaded several major projects within PowerGen. From Overseeing the installation of cutting-edge equipment to managing intricate construction and demolition projects, Mr. Nicholas has continually demonstrated his competence as an experienced Engineer. Beyond his professional duties, he actively contributes as a Board Member to the UTT Utilities and Sustainable Engineering Industry Advisory Board, lending his expertise to shape the future of the field
