Professor Emeritus Winston HE Suite  pioneered the teaching of construction management in the construction sector at both the UWI and the UTT always with a focus on the role and function of ethics in engineering practice. Professor Suite is the author of numerous papers on ethics presented locally, regionally and internationally.

Guillermo Chavez

Mr. Chavez is a Director of Power Market Consulting for the Americas at S&P Global consulting team. Guillermo holds an MA in International Energy from Sciences Po, an MSc in Energy Engineering from EPF in Paris, and a Physics Engineering Degree (BSc) from Monterrey Institute of Technology.
