Eng. David Boyce

David L Boyce is a Chartered Civil Engineer and a graduate of the University of the West Indies with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Master’s of Science from Imperial College University of London. He then acquired an Advanced Diploma from the Association of Business Executives, and a Bachelor of Arts from University of Lincolnshire and Humberside in International Business Administration. He is a Fellow of APETT , Members of the Institution of Civil Engineers, UK, the American Society of Civil Engineers (MASCE) and the Project Management Institute (USA). He has worked with projects funded by the Caribbean Development Bank, Inter-American Development Bank and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development. Mr. Boyce is currently President and CEO of DLB Group Limited specializing in Training and Infrastructure Planning and Development.
