Leroy Francis Quildon, is a PhD student in Project Management at the Faculty of Engineering of The University of the West Indies (UWI), St Augustine Campus. He is a past Yachting Industry Specialist in T&T and Part-time Lecturer in the Department of Agricultural Economics and Extension at the UWI, St Augustine Campus. His research interests are in the areas of international trade, competitiveness, and cluster development.
